2. The service2. Hizmetin konusu

We sell guided, in-person experiences in Istanbul (for example the Bosphorus Shore Fishing Experience). Each experience page describes exactly what is included, the duration, the group size and the price. What is written on the experience page at the time of booking is part of this agreement.

Sitede İstanbul'da yüz yüze sunulan rehberli deneyimler satılmaktadır. Her deneyim sayfası kapsamı, süreyi, grup büyüklüğünü ve fiyatı açıkça belirtir; rezervasyon anındaki sayfa içeriği bu sözleşmenin parçasıdır.

3. Price and payment3. Fiyat ve ödeme

Prices are per guest and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made online, in advance, by credit or debit card through a licensed payment institution over a secure (SSL) connection. Your card details are processed only by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers. A booking exists once we confirm your date in writing and payment is completed.

Fiyatlar kişi başıdır ve vergiler dahildir. Ödeme, lisanslı ödeme kuruluşu üzerinden güvenli (SSL) bağlantı ile kredi/banka kartıyla peşin olarak alınır. Kart bilgileriniz yalnızca ödeme kuruluşunca işlenir, sunucularımızda saklanmaz. Rezervasyon, tarihin yazılı onayı ve ödemenin tamamlanması ile kurulur.

4. Delivery4. Teslimat

No physical product is shipped. Your booking confirmation is sent by email and/or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment, and the experience is delivered in person on the confirmed date. Full details are in our Cancellation, Refund & Delivery policy.

5. Cancellation, refund and withdrawal5. İptal, iade ve cayma hakkı

Our cancellation and refund terms are published in full on the refund page and form part of this agreement. Because these are leisure services performed on a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15/1-g); in its place we voluntarily offer the refund terms on that page, including a full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

İptal ve iade koşulları iade sayfasında yayımlanmıştır ve bu sözleşmenin parçasıdır. Belirli bir tarihte ifa edilen boş zaman hizmetlerinde 6502 sayılı Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15/1-g uyarınca cayma hakkı bulunmaz; bunun yerine iade sayfasındaki koşullar (24 saatten önce iptalde tam iade dahil) gönüllü olarak uygulanır.

6. Your responsibilities6. Misafirin yükümlülükleri

You take part at your own risk and agree to follow the host's safety instructions. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. You are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time; arriving late may shorten the experience without a refund.

The personal data you share while booking is processed only to organise your session, as described in our Privacy Notice (KVKK).

8. Disputes and governing law8. Uyuşmazlık ve yetki

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of their place of residence or of Istanbul, within the monetary limits set each year.

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketiciler, her yıl belirlenen parasal sınırlar dahilinde yerleşim yerlerindeki veya İstanbul'daki Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine ve Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurabilir.
