Everything we sell is an in-person experience in Istanbul — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Your booking confirmation, with the meeting point, date and time, is delivered to your email and/or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment. The experience itself is delivered in person, in Istanbul, on the confirmed date.

Sitede satılan tüm hizmetler İstanbul'da yüz yüze sunulan deneyimlerdir; fiziksel bir ürün gönderimi yoktur. Rezervasyon onayınız (buluşma noktası, tarih ve saat) ödemeden sonra en geç 24 saat içinde e-posta ve/veya WhatsApp ile iletilir. Hizmet, onaylanan tarihte İstanbul'da bizzat sunulur.

Cancellation by youMisafir tarafından iptal

• More than 24 hours before the session: full refund. · Seanstan 24 saatten önce iptal: tam iade.
• Between 24 and 12 hours before: 50% refund. · 24 ile 12 saat arasında iptal: %50 iade.
• Within 12 hours, or no-show: no refund. · Son 12 saat içinde iptal veya gelmeme: iade yapılmaz.

Masterclass preorders follow a separate, simpler rule: a preordered seat can be cancelled at any time until the doors open, for a full refund. Once a date is announced and you confirm your seat on it, the session rules above apply.

Masterclass ön siparişleri için daha basit, ayrı bir kural geçerlidir: kapılar açılana kadar dilediğiniz zaman iptal edip ücretin tamamını iade alabilirsiniz. Tarih açıklanıp yerinizi o tarihe onayladıktan sonra yukarıdaki seans kuralları geçerli olur.

Cancellation by usTarafımızdan iptal

If we cancel a session — for weather, safety or any other reason — you choose between a full refund and a free new date. Rescheduling for weather is always free.

Hava, güvenlik veya başka bir sebeple seansı biz iptal edersek tam iade veya ücretsiz yeni tarih seçeneklerinden birini seçersiniz. Hava koşulları nedeniyle erteleme her zaman ücretsizdir.

How refunds are paidİadenin ödenmesi

Refunds are always made to the original payment method (the card used at checkout). We initiate the refund within 3 business days of approving it; depending on your bank, the amount appears on your statement within 7–14 business days. We can never refund to a different card or in cash.

İadeler her zaman ödemenin yapıldığı karta yapılır. Onaylanan iade en geç 3 iş günü içinde bankaya iletilir; bankanıza bağlı olarak tutar 7–14 iş günü içinde hesabınıza yansır. Farklı bir karta veya nakit olarak iade yapılamaz.

A refund returns the exact amount charged, in Turkish lira. Where a price is displayed in euro, the euro figure is a reference: the lira amount is calculated at that day's exchange rate and shown to you before you pay. Because the refund repays that same lira amount, its value in another currency — and what your own bank finally credits you, after its own conversion and any fees — may differ from the day you paid.

İade, tahsil edilen tutarın aynısı olarak Türk lirası cinsinden yapılır. Fiyatın euro gösterildiği yerlerde euro tutarı referanstır; tahsil edilecek TL tutarı o günün kuruyla hesaplanır ve ödeme öncesinde size gösterilir. İade aynı TL tutarını geri ödediği için, bu tutarın başka bir para birimindeki karşılığı — ve bankanızın kendi çevrimi ile masrafları sonrası hesabınıza geçen miktar — ödeme günündekinden farklı olabilir.

All prices shown on this site are per guest and include all applicable taxes. Payment is taken online by credit or debit card over a secure, encrypted (SSL) connection through our licensed payment provider. Your card details are never seen or stored on our servers. Prices presented in euro are charged in Turkish lira at that day's rate; the lira amount is always shown before payment.

Sitedeki tüm fiyatlar kişi başıdır ve vergiler dahildir. Ödemeler, lisanslı ödeme kuruluşu aracılığıyla güvenli (SSL) bağlantı üzerinden kredi veya banka kartıyla alınır. Kart bilgileriniz sunucularımızda görülmez ve saklanmaz. Euro olarak gösterilen fiyatlar, o günün kuruyla Türk lirası olarak tahsil edilir; TL tutarı ödeme öncesinde her zaman belirtilir.
